Return Policy

We have a free 30-day return policy so that if our customer is not satisfied with any product that they have received, they are able to get a refund of it without any hassle. The only requirements for the return policy are that:

• The product should be in its packaging.
• Without any breakage or worn out condition.
• It should look unused with no damage.

* NOTE: There is no refund and exchange on personalised rings, such as the engraving any name on it.

** NOTE: Orders with the "BLACK40" and "BOGO" discount code applied are ineligible for a refund & return. It is a sale that only happens once per year, wherein our products are significantly marked down to the lowest prices year-to-date to celebrate BLACK FRIDAY.

Who pays the return shipping cost?

If you're returning an item because arrives damaged or faulty, then OTTASILVER is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you changed your mind, you'll be responsible for return shipping.

Refund Method

We will refund your order to your original method of payment.

• Credit Card: Refund takes 3 to 5 working days.
• PayPal: Refund takes 3 to 5 working days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): The refund will be issued to store credit. You can use store credit towards a future purchase.

Collection and Return Handling

Please send to email about your problem before submitting a return and you will be able to return your product only with one click. When you have sent your item back and need a refund, the item will be assessed for any harm by our satisfaction focus and your refund will be prepared promptly to your Visa in 7 to 10 working days.
